Global Key Account Manager (
Areas of Responsibility
- Key Account Management: Maintain and develop existing and new key account customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimise quality of service, business growth, and customer and satisfaction.
- Respond to and follow up key account sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
- Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
- Record, analyse, report and administer according to key account information.
- Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
- Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with product team necessary to perform duties and aid business development.
- Attending training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
Requirements
- University Degree holder in Engineering / Diploma holder in Engineering with more than 5 years related working experiences also welcome
- Min. 3 years working experiences in SMT pick & place machines account management and / or sales and / or product management and / or SMT equipment / engineering manager in a MNC factories.
- Priority given to those who are currently holding an GKA management job in the SMT market.
- Good in spoken and written English and Chinese language. Japanese language proficiency is a plus but not a must.
- Station in Eastern China (
