| The SMT Technology Seminar was held by American Tec Co. Ltd (ATL) on November 25th, 2008, at Renaissance Riverside Hotel,
Ho Chi Minh City. Approximately 30 guests from 10 local enterprises, including Jabil, Fujitsu, CEI, etc., attended the full day activity.
Mr. Lau, General Manager of ATL S.E.A., made the welcome speech. He introduced the grownup history and milestone of ATL, as well as its organization, market coverage, products, support team, etc.
Mr. Liu Shen, Product Manager of ATL made presentations of Fuji NXT II and XPF placement machines. Guests showed great interest in
Fuji ’s new products. After the product presentations, they asked a lot of questions regarding the machine features as well as machine operation, and received satisfactory answers.
Mr. Tom Hattori, General Manager of
Fuji ’s marketing intelligence department, made a presentation to introduce the latest development in the advanced technology area. He explained the key points in PoP 3D package and 01005 placement with solutions from
Fuji side. Mr. Hattori also introduced the MWU(Multi Wafer Unit), which is able to handle both wafer and tray components for mixed loading production, enabling
Fuji a leading position in the market.
The seminar got great support from suppliers. Mr. Masaaki Sugiura, Sales Manager of Fuji International Sales and Marketing Department (Europe Section 1 & Asia Section 2) attended it and made the speech. Sales representatives from NUTEK and SAKI also made presentations for their company profiles and main products.
The seminar completed with great success, and guests all gained full understanding of American Tec Co. Ltd. and the products.
